Governor Josh Shapiro will join volunteers at the Weinberg Northeast Regional Food Bank to pack groceries and provide an update on his Administration's work to boost Pennsylvania's charitable food network - the SNAP Emergency Relief Fund - after the Trump Administration decided to freeze November SNAP benefits for nearly two million Pennsylvanians.
