Governor Josh Shapiro will join Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development Secretary Rick Siger and Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry Secretary Nancy A. Walker to announce a $3.5 million investment to strengthen and expand Pennsylvania's skilled trades industry.
