WHAT:
Attorney General Dave Sunday will join partners to discuss the disbanding of a Philadelphia-based, vehicle title-washing scheme involving stolen high-end vehicles from the greater Philadelphia area. The "washed" vehicles were sold to buyers in Pennsylvania and beyond.
