Auditor General Eugene DePasquale toured the Dauphin County Technical School and met with students to discuss how skilled trades and technical schools can offer students a direct path to a solid career."Not every student looking for a solid career wants to - or necessarily should - enroll in a traditional four year college," DePasquale said. "As baby boomers retire there will be a dire need to fill these critical trade and technical jobs that provide steady income and employment right out of the gate without accumulating the college debt that takes many years to pay off."
