In the first of a series of weekly press conferences leading to the November 3 election, Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar noted that Pennsylvanians now have three ways to vote - by mail ballot, at their county election office once their ballot has been finalized, and at the polls on election day. She also explained that, to be counted, mail ballots must be sealed in both the inner secrecy envelope that indicates official ballot and the outer, pre-addressed return envelope where the voter must sign.
