Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar reported that 73 percent of the more than 3 million mail ballots requested have been voted and returned to counties.Secretary Boockvar said she is urging the approximately seven counties that have indicated they are going to wait until after election day to pre-canvass mail ballots to reconsider. "We are directly reaching out to the counties to explain why it matters to get started pre-canvassing mail ballots on election day, even if they can only do part of them," she said.
