To clarify Deputy Secretary of Elections & Commissions Jonathan Marks’ comments during the press conference, the estimated 10,000 outstanding ballots break down as follows:
· 4,000 provisional
· 6,000 mail-in and absentee
Of the 6,000 mail-in and absentee ballots, as many as 3,000 are overseas or military ballots.
Until counties tabulate and record all these votes, we will not know the exact Republican and Democratic breakdown of these 10,000 ballots.
