Governor Wolf visited the William C. Goodridge Freedom Center and Underground Railroad Museum in York, PA and participated in the unveiling of a life-sized statue of William C. Goodridge to celebrate the importance of Black History in the commonwealth. The statue, which has been designed by nationally known sculptor, Gary Casteel, will be the first African American statue in York, PA. The statue commemorates William C.
