Auditor General DeFoor Welcomes Interns to Harrisburg for National Intern Day, Highlights 'Intern to Hire' Career Pathway

Auditor General Timothy DeFoor today welcomed students interning with the Department of the Auditor General with a tour of the Capitol and Treasury vault, as well as mentoring meetings with auditing staff as part of National Intern Day.

"Our student interns are the future workforce for Pennsylvania," Auditor General DeFoor said. "Their young talent and knowledge have grown and transformed our department. We are fortunate to have intelligent young individuals impacting their communities."

The Department's interns attend colleges and universities including Penn State University Penn State Schuylkill; Penn State Erie; University of Pittsburgh Johnstown; East Stroudsburg University; Geneva College; Widener University; Indiana University of Pennsylvania; York College of Pennsylvania; West Chester University; Arcadia University; King's College and Elizabethtown College.
