In celebration of Women's History Month, Lt. Gov. Austin Davis and Second Lady Blayre Holmes Davis will welcome the family members of Catherine Baker Knoll, the first woman elected Lieutenant Governor in Commonwealth history, for the ceremonial unveiling of her official portrait TOMORROW, Wednesday, March 20, at 1 p.m. in the Main Capitol Rotunda. Renowned Pennsylvania artist Nelson Shanks painted Baker Knoll's official portrait, which was completed prior to his death in 2015 and will be permanently displayed in the Lieutenant Governor's office.
