The historic Main Streets and downtowns of northwestern Pennsylvania are being restored, thanks to support from the Shapiro-Davis Administration, which is providing more than $1 million in state funding for eight projects in Crawford, Erie and Warren counties."Pennsylvania's historic Main Streets and downtowns are part of what makes the Commonwealth a great place to live, work and visit, said Lt. Gov. Austin Davis.
